ACUVANCE has condensed the technology it has cultivated so far into a compact housing.
Overturning the concept of a 380 motor, which is said to lack torque and rotation speed, we have achieved high output that is comparable to a 540 motor.
● Equipped with [M・F・C・S] that allows motor characteristics to be changed with a rotor of the same diameter and weight
Equipped with [M・F・C・S], a unique system used in AGILE and FLEDGE.
Even with a 380 motor with limited internal space, the rotor diameter and weight can be kept the same, and the characteristics can be changed to a rotation type or torque type without spoiling the original performance of the motor.
*The motor's output characteristics can be changed by replacing it with the optional LV45 torque type rotor.
● Equipped with variable lead angle system
This is the first 380 motor is equipped with a variable lead angle system, which was previously difficult to install due to the small size of the housing.
The characteristics can be easily changed to torque type or rotation type.
● Equipped with Tri-Blade system
The rotor-equipped air-cooled fan "Tri-Blade" used in AGILE has been refined for MarV-era.
High cooling performance has been achieved.
● Vibration-reducing structure with high heat dissipation plate
Like FLEDGE, a high-rigidity special alloy plate is installed on the top side of the inside.
It reduces internal vibrations that occur when the motor is running and affect rotation efficiency.
● Equipped with a direct power terminal system
The integration of the power plate that connects the motor connection terminal and the coil transmits power efficiently.
In addition, the MerV-ERA terminal is oriented horizontally, and a solder welding surface is secured on the top of the terminal. It is also possible to directly attach the cable by soldering.
●Compatible with the "Torque Level/Torque End Mode" program installed in the ACUVANCE brushless E.S.C.
This program is exclusively for this product and FLEDGE and AGILE drivers, and allows the motor torque level to be flexibly adjusted according to the road surface and vehicle conditions.
●Can also be mounted on a motor mount compatible with 540 size
By using the optional part [Multi-angle 540-380 conversion plate for MerV-ERA], it can also be mounted on a motor mount compatible with 540 size.
